Kilgore’s Respiratory Services is family owned and operated. We’re dedicated to providing high-quality, affordable home medical equipment and services. Old fashioned values plus state-of the-art technology helps our patients breathe more easily and enjoy better lives.

Kilgore’s Respiratory Services was founded in 2003 by Kelly Kilgore. Kelly has been a licensed Respiratory Therapist since 1993.

In 2007: we moved to 3103 W Broadway in Columbia, MO. We created a new and separate business but with the same Kilgore’s values that have been present for over 25 years.  We started with one employee and now have over 20 staff members who thrive on educating and assisting our patients.

In 2015: we expanded and opened 2 new locations:
