** RESPIRONICS RECALL INFORMATION** Philips Respironics has issued a MANDATORY RECALL for your Respironics CPAP/BIPAP devices. Please register your device at Philips.com/SRC-update or call 1-877-907-7508. You will need your Serial Number on the BOTTOM of your machine. If you enter your serial number and it says "this serial number is already registered" our staff has already registered your machine for you. If you have a Respironics machine that you have received after 2008 and it says "this serial number is not affected" please enter serial number again or call our office for assistance.
