At Kilgore’s Respiratory Center, our goal is to make your life better by helping you breathe easier. If you have any sort of breathing or respiratory issue, we can probably help with the following items – note that a prescription is required for most of these:
Education: Kilgore’s Respiratory Services will educate the patient on the process from Sleep Apnea Screening to CPAP/BiPAP setup. Kilgore’s Respiratory Services has 4 licensed Respiratory Therapist’s on staff to maximize our patient’s therapy.
CPAP/BiPAP: Kilgore’s Respiratory is a clinically driven business geared to ensure optimally continued CPAP/BiPAP therapy with the extensive download capability of the all CPAP/BiPAP machines.
CPAP Supplies: we carry all brands of equipment and Interface devices (i,e masks, seals, tubing, filters) we have an automated ordering system for patients who have become compliant with their therapy.

Oxygen: For people in need of Oxygen, Kilgore’s Respiratory Services offers Oxygen Therapy. Oxygen Concentrators, Stationary and portable Liquid systems as well as the UltraFill system (fill your own cylinders) and pressurized cylinders are available to fit your physicians prescription with your lifestyle.
Kilgore’s Respiratory Services has 24/7 365 days a year On Call Clinical/Technical Support for our oxygen patients.
Kilgore’s Respiratory Services also offers airline approved Portable Oxygen Concentrator (POC) for travel.

Nebulizers—which aerosolize respiratory medications for direct deposit into the upper and lower airways—are offered for use in the treatment of many diseases, including asthma. COPD, Bronchitis. Kilgore’s Respiratory Services offers Tabletop and portable nebulizers to correspond with each patient’s needs and lifestyle.

Compressor Therapy: Air compressor used for much higher air flow. Used for delivering nebulized solutions through high-volume nebulizers.

Sleep Apnea Screening: Diagnostic testing to determine need for a Sleep Study for CPAP/BiPAP or Oxygen therapy. Prescription required from Physician.
Ventilators: Committed to and experienced in long-term home mechanical ventilation, Kilgore’s Respiratory Services specializes in the provision of ventilator equipment and aids. The Kilgore Home Ventilator program enables the ventilator-dependent patient to have as much normalcy as possible in their life while still receiving complex medical treatment. Kilgore’s strong commitment to educating and training caregivers, and our clinical expertise all help ensure the most safe home environment for the ventilator-dependent patient
